By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.

2. Description of Service

HACKEXE is a platform for the distribution of software products for computer games. The Service provides:

  • Access to the catalog of software products
  • Automated product key delivery system
  • Technical support via Telegram and Discord
  • Product updates and maintenance

3. Registration and Account

To purchase products, the User does not need to create an account. Orders are processed through the automated delivery system. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of received product keys.

4. Products and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Russian Rubles unless otherwise specified
  • The Administration reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice
  • Subscription periods and conditions are indicated on each product page
  • Product features and capabilities may change with updates

5. Payment and Delivery

  • Payment is made through third-party payment processors
  • Product delivery is instant after successful payment
  • The key is sent to the contact details provided during purchase
  • The Administration is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided in specific delivery or product malfunction cases. Refunds are not provided if the key has already been activated or usage rules were violated.

7. User Responsibilities

The User agrees to:

  • Use the product exclusively for personal purposes
  • Not distribute, resell or share product keys with third parties
  • Not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer or modify the product
  • Follow the operating instructions provided
  • Not use the Service for any illegal purposes

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided as is without any warranties
  • The Administration is not responsible for any consequences of using the products, including game account bans
  • The Administration is not responsible for temporary unavailability due to maintenance or force majeure
  • Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product

9. Intellectual Property

All materials on the website, including text, graphics, logos, images and software, are the intellectual property of HACKEXE and are protected by applicable law.

10. Updates and Product Availability

  • We strive to release updates within 12 hours after game patches
  • During update periods, the product may be temporarily unavailable
  • The Administration reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time
  • In case of product discontinuation, active subscriptions are compensated at the discretion of the Administration

11. Changes to the Agreement

The Administration reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page.
